All rentals begin with our online inquiry form.(https://www.yakimalinenrentals.com/rental-inquiry) Once submitted, we’ll review your requested items and event date to confirm availability and get back to you with a quote.
After you approve your quote, you’ll receive an invoice requesting a 15% non-refundable deposit to secure your reservation.
Your remaining balance will be billed 7 days prior to your event date.
All payments must be made in full before linens can be delivered.
If you don’t see a specific color, size, or style listed, let us know! We’re happy to explore adding new inventory when possible.
Yes! Delivery and pickup is included on orders exceeding $200 within 20 minutes of our warehouse.
Delivery and pickup is available for a fee of up to $30 each way for locations within 1 hour of our warehouse.
For orders to locations that are further than 1 hour from our warehouse, we kindly ask that you make arrangements to pickup and return the linens to us locally.
Linens are delivered on the scheduled date and location listed in your reservation. Timing will be coordinated directly with you during the confirmation process.
No, we handle all laundering.
After your event, simply place used linens into the provided return bags. No sorting or washing required.
Normal wear and use is expected. Significant staining, burns, tears, or missing items may result in replacement charges of up to $15 per item.
We understand events happen. If an issue comes up, just communicate with us and we’ll walk through it together.
Orders are finalized at 30 days prior to your event. Requests to increase quantities made after that deadline may not be accommodated and are dependent on inventory availability.
Quantity decreases may be approved up to 15% of your original order, even after the order change deadline.
All invoices are completed electronically and will include a 2.9% processing fee.
Cash and Check can also be accepted with special arrangements.
Your 15% deposit is non-refundable and secures your reservation.
If your event is canceled after final payment is made, all remaining funds except for your 15% deposit and any processing fee's will be refunded.
